-判断是否启动快速开机(Fastboot)
-若使用上次Training过的ALL数据(timings、 voltages…)就启动快速开机(Fastboot)
[auto]:Default = Enable, 超频后依条件会有 ASUS rule.
[Enable]:启动判断FastBoot机制
[Disable]:完整training
